s. m.Enquired about getting the parts needed for a dishwasher to be installed at a later date, was very responsive and professional. Was booked in quite soon, which was handy. Shakil came within the time frame and was very polite and helped explain the parts & functions. Dishwasher later installed and the company had no problems with the plumbing parts fitted.
B. M.I found it pleasure to find a company that really cares about customer satisfaction, not just in it for the money. I had some radiators moved and replaced. The engineers were polite and very professional. The did not leave until I was 100% satisfied with the job. I have used Bliss plumbing many times now and would not go anywhere else! Well done Bliss!
K.Fabulous service from this company. I requested a quote for an outside tap and they responded and fitted it the next day! The chap that came to fit it was punctual, knowledgeable, very polite and efficient. He was in a clearly marked van and uniform. Best to spend at least 2 hours to get round and see/read everything. Beware in rainy weather as the ground is quite muddy and can be very slippy.
A must see if you are in the area to take in one of the worst atrocities in living memory.
