Jordan of Flush and Flow Drainage. What a life saver. We had a blocked kitchen sink which I usually clear easily enough with the plunger but this time it stubbornly refused to clear. One call to Jordan and he arrived at an agreed time and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem and sorted it. Jordan is a knowledgeable professional and is highly recommended.

After a day our with the family on Sunday, we returned home to a blocked toilet. We got in touch with Jordan who Facetimed me to help isolate the toilet until he could get round this morning. Jordan was friendly and showed/explained where the issue was and within 30 minutes everything was sorted, and for very good price. Highly recommend Jordan and I will be using him should these problems arise again.

Fantastic, friendly, efficient service. I called on a Saturday morning and Jordan came out on Sunday. He explained exactly what he was going to do, identified the problem and cleared the blockage. A few days later he returned - at no extra cost - and double checked the drain with a camera to make sure there was no collapse. Excellent job!

Arrived on time was polite and helpful. the quoted price was the same as from a larger company, but the service went beyond that and included using a jet and a camera, for which I was charged an agreed nominal extra amount. Well under what could have been charged. Identified an underlying problem with the drain (as well as unblocking it) and took the time to talk it through with me, and show me (using the camera). Very pleased. Would definitely use again

Our sons shower was taking ages to drain and no matter what off the shelf products we tried we couldn’t unblock it. Flush and flow were recommended to us and Jordan came out to look at my son’s blocked shower the next day. As my son is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer it’s essential he looks after his health at all times and not having a working shower could be serious. We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to a wet floor in our downstairs toilet caused by a blockage in the pipework under the ground. Jordan came out to us straight away and despite the inspection chamber being covered over and inaccessible in our front garden he managed to clear the blockage by temporarily removing the toilet. He did a great job of working around the problems to get the job done and tidied up after himself as well. The price was very reasonable and I would heartily recommend him to anyone with drainage problems.
