Our boiler broke down during the Xmas period. Finding a tradesman can be difficult, finding one at Xmas even more so. Luke came recommended by a mutual friend. He arrived promptly and was courteous and polite. Luke ordered our new boiler whilst he uninstalled our current defunct boiler ensuring the turnaround was quick and efficient. He proceeded to install the new boiler keeping us informed through each step. All in all very happy with the level of service and professional friendly conduct. His charges are also very reasonable and no nasty surprises as can be the case in situations like this- Luke informed us of all the parts that would be required and installed. Comes highly recommended by us.

I called Plumbcare Services for an emergency call out due to a leak on my hot water cylinder tank, an engineer called me back and attended within within an hour so I was very happy as I was without any water at all as I needed to switch off the main water supply to the property due to the leak, the engineer explained what the problem was, went out to get the parts, came back very quickly, & then cracked on with the job, thank you Plumbcare, I am one happy customer & would recommend Plumbcare.
