Installation of new boiler went very smoothly: from Jordan's initial visit to estimate and provide a quote, to Mass and Marco's installation on the day itself. All the team were warm, friendly and polite and delivered exactly what they said they'd deliver with next to no disruption. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Jordan was the first to contact me when I applied for an approved installer from the Worcester Bosch web site. I got two quotes and Videtta was the most competitive and were able to install my new oil boiler promptly as my old boiler had been condemned. Mass from Videtta arrived at the planned date and time and removed my old boiler and reorganised my pipe work and installed my new boiler in a different position as we had decided to have an external boiler to create more space inside. The whole job took two days in total and was carried out in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Videtta as they were responsive to my needs and acted promptly to get us hot water and heating .

Just like to thank Jordan very much for the excellent advice given to us replacing our 33-year-old heating system with a Greenstar Highflow 440cdi combi boiler. Mass, Charlie and Marco did do work very well and completed the installation within the 2 days planned, very accurately and efficient. Jordan came at the right time to Service the boiler and came inside the house took of his shoe's not many would do that very well mannered, showed him where the boiler was and got straight to the job, checked the gas meter took most of the items out which was in the way and once finished he put all the items back to it's place, he has done a wonderful job 👍 I would recommend him to anyone.
