Have had a sewer smell coming from downstairs toilet for almost 4 years. Absolutely drove me mad. I've had plumbers, NI water and other private companies try and detect/diagnose problem. Called Debbie at Drain Wizard and she came out the next day. Within 5 minutes she had detected the problem. Talked me through the whole process and showed me exactly what had happened. Debbie did a great job unblocking our sewers. She was able to call out at short notice, cleared the drains and did a CCTV survey which identifed the cause. Debbie was then able to remove a sewer rod that was stuck down there for dear knows how long. Great service and would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service. I had a collapsed sewage pipe last winter which required digging out the surrounding concrete around the manhole cover. Debbie and co. were able to get started right away and had the work done and the pipe replaced very quickly. The manhole cover was reset and new concrete laid all well within 2 days. All rubble etc was cleared up and all my drains unblocked as well. All in all this was an excellent service and I would highly recommend!
