Placed an order for a stove + fitting in Glenhill Merchants through their salesman Dennis. Order arrived on time however after checking it, there was a few things incorrect such as the wrong beam and wrong size of hearth. After raising my concerns with the workers who were fitting the stove (whom may I add were excellent & very professional) called the office to arrange for the correct size of hearth and the beam that we ordered. The correct size of hearth was got on the same day whilst the beam arrived the following day. The job completed by the fitters was fantastic and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking a stove fitted. I was just left a bit disappointed & stressed with the service from Glenhill themselves.
