Absolutely brilliant service. Both Colin and his colleague were extremely friendly and kind and also very professional. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t thank them enough. Our IKEA sink waste disposal was leaking and we were told by a different plumber to go back to IKEA to get the same waste disposal kit. The new kit was useless and didn’t fit our sink, Colin very kindly went out of his way to find a waste disposal system that would fit our sink and he fitted it We are so grateful for all he did for us!! They left our house immaculate. I would highly recommend them!!!

contacted Precision Plumbing Solutions N.I to find out if they could come out to look at one of my toilets which had a problem with the flushing mechanism. I expected to wait a few days for an appointment but to my surprise they arranged to come out the very next morning. They were very punctual and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They also spotted that both my toilets had been installed without an overflow pipe fitted. This fault could have led to a very costly flood if the ball cock had failed on either toilet. All the faults were quickly repaired and in a very professional manner and I was extremely happy with the results. I would therefore have no hesitation in using this company again.

Came and fixed the shower leaking down into the living room. Came first thing the next morning, after I called. Stopped leak, done the plaster work. All first class, decent cost too. Any plumbing services needed in future, I will be using Precision again.
