Can never fault the work & professionalism from the Smart heating & plumbing team. Rhys has done a lot of work for me in a few different properties including installing new gas boiler; finding and repairing leaks in heating system; finding and fixing blocked waste pipe; new bathroom install; and general gas safety & maintenance. All work has been great and Rhys always has useful advice and tips. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Had to select each option as all were on point , used Rhys from smart plumbing last year to install brand new heating the workman ship , professionalism and contact between him and I were second to none. Rhys, Matt and Daryl worked tirelessly, completing the work in an efficient and timely manner. He went above and beyond what was required to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. He even contacted the Water Board on my behalf to sort out a longstanding problem with low pressure, and kept on at them until they came out and fixed it. Rhys was the only engineer who was confident enough to resolve several serious issues with my boiler. I was left with a gas leak after the previous installer came to "repair" their already botched boiler installation. This was a complex case which had gas safe involved, listing several cases of immediate danger issues in relation to a boiler installation I had done from a different gas company 1 year before. Rhys was the only person that assured me he could rectify the mistakes made by the installers. In these cases it is almost impossible to find an engineer to put their name against a current gas safe investigation as anything done wrong will then also fall under their own company. The fact that Rhys took this job on speaks measures regarding his confidence and experience in gas engineering. He was an all round genuine person, very friendly and has a work ethic where he likes to ensure everything is done to the best of his ability. Thanks so much for your help you'll never know how grateful I am!

Just like to say that Reice the owner of Smart heating and plumbing goes out of his way to do a great job.his team of guys are excellent workers and left my house clean and tidy with no mess .they actually bring their ownvacumn cleaner .Reice answered all my questions and I would confidently recomend these curtious efficient workconcious team to anyone . Reice is very particular about doing the best job possible .I cant reccomend these guys .Reice works without even stopping for a cup of coffee..he is a totally professional heating engineer and plumber and he even worked a way around putting my new boiler and rads in with out having to lift the wooden floor in bedroom which I was pleased about .a big thankyou to Reice and the team.
