Absolutely brilliant. Came to our emergency within an hour and a half of my phone call. Was friendly and helpful. Sorted the blockage, and then did a camera survey to establish the underlying problem . He patiently worked to solve the issue when it was found. Didn’t leave until he was sure that all was well and we were happy with the job. All for a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend highly enough.

BDS Drainage done a survey and the pictures revealed some damage. they told me exactly what he was doing at each step. they are very thorough, tidy and professional. I can not recommend this company enough! I contacted them on Sunday about a blocked drain in my back yard, they were due to visit today(Monday) but I had managed to solve the problem myself. The company asked for a video of the drain, and seeing the problem was solved advised me so. A lot of companies would have said there was still a problem and charged accordingly for a callout even though it was unnecessary. The honesty of this company is very refreshing.
