E. M.Been here a few times and always receive first rate service. Way cheaper than well known merchants, have parts that are obsolete and can repair electronics on components.
This evening they stayed open 15 minutes later for me to collect a £5 PCB connector. Very impressed.

A.What a great service, out of this world care and consideration, great service over the phone aswell as face to face, very hard worker, I had a lot of patience as I was desperate for my boiler spare part purchase but in general I have alot of patience and the beefy brother over the counter had alot of patience aswell and he saved me alot of money compared to everyone else, trust me when I say this, everyone said double the price and he cut it in half, people Rob you blind when you don't know, but he didn't take advantage at all. I would recommend this prestige place to anyone and everyone, I felt blessed to be taken care of someone genuinely showing natural customer service. Recommend everyone to use these guys, will go out of their way to help with any issues you may have with your boiler and keep everything iv'e ever needed in stock!
t. G.I travelled from Tamworth with a broken circuit board to get it tested after a plumber failed to fix my boiler . Naz and the guys welcome me by first offering me hot drink and immediately tested my board and diagnosed the fault
Naz then gave advise on what might have caused my boiler to be braking down . I went home and fitted new board and tested the thermostat as he advice and discover it was broke (Naz talked me through what to look for on the phone )
I returned to the shop and got new pump and also a new condenser pipe which was leaking on my old boiler . I now have perfect working Sabre HE 35 boiler
These guys go the extra mile when it comes to customer service and no hidden rip off fee - most plumbing suppliers would have told me that I need all the parts on the cuircuit board but not these guys
Well worth the journey can't thank these guys enough
