L. a. J.I would thoroughly recommend Plumb Hub Ltd. I had been let down by another company and needed a part at very short notice. Having tried many places and found it difficult to source at short notice I found Plumb Hub, phoned and spoke to a man called Peter who immediately was incredible helpful. Very knowledgable in their stock and instead of me driving from Bristol to Birmingham to collect it the next day he arranged that we could do next day delivery (at reasonable cost), it was hit and miss still if it would go through so close to the deadline for ordering that day but he gave it personal attention to keep me updated.
Peter is an absolute credit to the company who has made my (and my contractors!) week with his assistance. Prices were very competitive too. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again... but with more notice next time so as not to need such exceptional service.
