L. L.My elderly dad's shower was leaking severely and was flooding the bathroom and kitchen so we needed help fast. I had seen all the good reviews so decided to give them a call. I explained the issue to Adam , who after hearing how bad it was a went out of his was to get to us in under half an hour! And has the problem fixed in another 30. Not only that but he was genuine and absolutely brilliant at his job. Lovely lovely man. He explained exactly what was wrong and what was happening and was just one of the most polite plumbers I have spoken to. And the cost wasn't bad either! My father even attached the job page to the fridge so he can save their number for next time.
Could not be happier. Very glad I chose them.

Adam though found the problem sorted it cost me £90 as opposed to the quote for a new boiler from the original customer of £2500.00 I now have a maintenance agreement with Professional Plumbing. J. S.6 others tried to fix my boiler then along came Adam. He opened his laptop and looked at his data. He found he had the same fault a few years ago. Adam followed the instructions he had recorded and fixed it on the spot. I found out that Adam records all previous jobs and logs them against the boiler. He can call up on twenty years of experience unbelievably good service.
M. H.I now have a policy with PPC. I was tired of broken promises made by the big companies appointments missed wrong diagnosis. I knew the last guy who they sent to repair my boiler from school and he advised I changed to professional Plumbing Care. A local company only operating in Birmingham they are a different league.
