Great company highly recommended. From the first point of call to the finished job it was done with ease and very professional. The engineer was polite yet down to earth, nothing was too much trouble and he explained exactly what he had found and showed us the problem. The job was completed in no time and he resolved the problem previous company’s had just ‘made do’ to take our money and get our quick but the same problem reoccurred a month later. This company took their time to resolve the issues so they wouldn’t have to return. That’s exactly what you want when you call a specialist out, someone who knows what they are doing and treats everyone how they should be retreated no matter how big or small the job. I can not fault county drains at all they are second to none! Thank you again to Luke and his team for doing a great job and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends, family or anyone who needs drain care.

I had smells from the downstairs wc which was not flushing away intermittently and our plumber was not able to fix it. From the initial call the lady on the phone was very informative and from there on the engineer Carl made contact straight away and was very polite and fast to attend. He was able to find the problem straight away and explained to me symptoms I was experiencing that I didn't even realise until he said. I told him what I thought the problem was and expected it to be a lengthy and expensive job, Carl disappeared then came back 5 mins later and told me to try the toilet as it 'should be ok now', it worked but I was dubious as it usually seemed to work for the first half of the day but later on it didnt. he even stayed for the full 60mins trying to make it block up again - since I was paying for that amount of time -we couldn't block it between us and 2 weeks later it is still fine so Bournemouth Drain Care definately deserve 5/5, I would give 10 if I could because the whole process seemed so effortless.

Called them they said a supervisor or head engineer or something like that would call back .,.but never did ..... Doesn't deserve a negative review rating , but annoying when I've bothered researching your company to choose you above all the others .
