Scott from GWE visited, did the survey and laid out the options for a new boiler and radiators with the including the "HIVE". Very very professional. He left the final decision to us. No high pressure sales stuff. We decided, he quoted and within 24 hours had the quote which was straightforward. This we accepted and the work was carried out two weeks ago much to our delight. Andy was the engineer who fitted and then a follow up visit by AJ to finish off some bits and pieces. Nadine in the office was superb as was Jamie. The point being that behind Scott is a team who are totally focussed on customer service. Highly recommended to anybody considering a similar requirement. Mick Hull

Really recommend GWE, brilliant company who solved our boiler problem so fast! We discovered we would need a new boiler so gathered a number of quotes, they were much cheaper than a number of other companies, they were able to instal the boiler within 2 weeks of the quote which at this time of year is amazing & the guy who came to instal the boiler was really lovely, they left the house very tidy, filled any holes and cleared away any mess! 100% recommend

I rang GWE for a quote on a replacement boiler and immersion tank. Scott came the next day and gave good advice and the quote was e mailed the following day. We got GWE to replace our old combi boiler, and we opted for a Worcester Bosch as Which? reviewed them as most reliable. GWE are accredited Worcester Bosch fitters and we opted for them because of that and also because their qoute was reasonable. The engineer AJ arrived on time and was friendly and informative. He worked very hard to fit the new boiler, resolved an issue that arose during the work really effectively and explained about it really clearly. AJ did a really brilliant briefing on how to use the boiler and cleaned up very thoroughly after himself. The whole customer service experience was really excellent.

We decided the time was long overdue for a new boiler and decided on GWE as they are local and have first class reviews. They started work installing a Worcester Bosch boiler at 8AM and it was up and running by 3PM. The work was completed quietly and quickly to a high standard and the engineers were courteous. What more could you want. Top marks. Very happy.

I arranged to have my annual boiler service at a time convenient to myself and the service person was exactly on time and very thorough checking the metering the garage , the boiler and in the loft too. Everything was very good and I was so impressed I asked him for the annual service plan and insurance. Later that morning they informed me what it entailed and I was satisfied so I signed up for it. A very pleased pensioner customer.

Quick response time to any queries. Fitted within a week. The guys that fitted it were really efficient, quick, tidy and polite. They arrived at 8.30am and were done by 2.15pm. We had a replacement of an old combi for a condensing combi. Recommended to family already !

GWE came to replace our boiler, at the same time we discovered a long term leak with our water tank. They were able to get a new tank and fit it the following day by moving other jobs around. Our first experiance with GWE, and so far very pleased with the service provided. Steve came on time to look at the job of having a new radiator and pipework fitted and the system flushed, and we recieved the quote next day. We thought it was a reasonable price, so went for it after reading glowing reviews. Steve is a nice fella and gives you confidence in what he's doing. He's coming back to service the boiler and gas fire aswell. Ladies in the office are helpful and friendly too. On our experience so far, we will use them again should we need to.

Better than other plumber's we tried to fix thermostat in mixer shower as rather than state we needed a new shower GWE removed the faulty thermostat and fitted a matching part. Not only does it work as well as the original it has saved us £100's and the hastle of fitting a new shower and retailing. Very quick and efficient and plumber wore a mask during the covid lockdown. Highly recommended.

Boiler service, and subsequent repair to leaking vent. Initial site assessment was conducted promptly, and subsequent quotation was very clear, noting that any final bill would reflect detailed changes (up or down) which were related to actual works being more (or less) complex than original estimate. Specifically this related to labour costs (and time), rather than actual costs of parts. In the event, the work was done faster than expected, and the final billing was less than the estimate. Very professional all round.

Cannot fault these guys. I called for a quote on Wednesday and my brand new boiler was up and running 2 days later. Every person I dealt with was super helpful and polite, and I really appreciated the patience and advice I was offered when I clearly had no idea what was what! The entire process was simple and easy. Your boiler dying is generally one of the worst things that can happen as a homeowner but these guys made it stress-free and were even happy to let themselves in so I could stay at work when they returned to do the power flush.
