Kevin Mace was originally recommended to me by a plumbing contractor who was unable to undertake a complex commercial fix at the West Hants Club which I manage. Since then Mace is the only company we use at the club for any mechanical issues or commercial plumbing work as he’s proven to be extremely professional, has fantastic knowledge of subject, will attend work at short notice (even out of hours where possible), plus his prices are very reasonable. He also undertakes domestic work, again, at a very fair price. To find a great plumber at a reasonable rate let alone commercial engineer that can tackle just about anything AND is clean, tidy and fair is virtually the holy grail these day, and Kevin Mace is just that. Where do I even start when recommending Mace Mechanical. After being recommended by a member of my family, I texted Kevin who replied promptly. This was very important to me. I told him about my job; swapping out an ageing boiler and immersion heater and all the old pipework for a new combi boiler. He stated when he could start, made recommendations for the work, and that evening emailed me not only the quote, but information on the two boilers we chose, and all the latest compliance information so I was sure I was doing things right. The work completed was amazing. Undoing a knackered problematic mess, and replacing it with a gleaming, neat, and streamlined new system. The transformation is amazing and the quality of life it brings is unbeatable. Then, and he might hate me for saying this, but having finished the job a day earlier than planned, I received about 10% off the estimated cost. Kevin's professionalism, skill, attitude and dedication to service is unmatched in anyone I have ever met in this business. I was also told to give him a call any time with any questions or problems. Even to explain how the thermostat works! You will be very well looked after, and very happy to have chosen Mace Mechanical.

Mace Mechanical initially won the tender to install a new system boiler and hot water tank in our plant room which was completed to a high standard with no issues. Since then they have been back to investigate faults on air curtains and coil heaters as well as servicing an electric unvented cylinder. Excellent knowledge and service provided at all times

We used Kevin at Mace Mechanical Ltd to remove an old gas water heater and replace with a new condensing boiler and unvented hot water cylinder and general commercial plumbing works at our restaurant facilities at Poole quay.The service from start to finish was professional,finished to a high standard with minimal disruption and the works completed on time. Kevin carried out all of the plumbing work during a complete ground floor renovation.
