We had three quotes for our combi boiler installation. All three were roughly the same price but Craig won on attitude and keenness to do a quality job and was the only heating engineer to take the time to check the water pressure before advising which boiler to have. The work was done to a high standard and within the timescale agreed. We will be using Craig to install a new bathroom next.

We recently got a tiny leak on our boiler pipework, it wasn’t major and nothing stopped working, but I thought I’ll just drop Craig a message and see what he says. That was 9am on Monday. By 2pm Craig was with us checking on the problem and confirming our suspicions that it wasn’t a major problem. He promised to get the parts he needed to fix it and be back the next day. He was as good as his word, leak was fixed and water back on within an hour. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team - quick, efficient, friendly and I’m no expert with plumbing, but he certainly seems to be.

First Class plumber. Friendly, professional. knowledgable and proficient. installed new toilet, Shower cubicle with power shower & Hand basin/Vanity unit. Replaced necessary pipework and resolved an existing leak issue. Worked alongside both a tiler (who was nowhere near as professional) & with electrician when required. Craig made a 1st class job of my bathroom & I cannot recommend him strongly enough! Of note he clears up better than any workman I have ever experienced. Craig installed a new shower for us on the same day that we accepted his quote as he knew I was having terrible trouble coping with having to have a bath instead. He has now installed some new lever taps in the kitchen which are absolutely brilliant and also done some repairs to the toilet. Craig fitted a whole new system for me (bath, sink, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine outlet, outside tap and electric emersion water heater). He worked with me electrician to get my water heater set up. Pipe work is tidy. Price was similar to other quote.
