With me in 2hrs for an emergency drain unblocking. Did an excellent job, very thorough, very friendly and very quick. Tested the repair thoroughly before leaving. Very impressive service. No call out charge, price quoted up front. I would recommend without hesitation

Blocked drain and toilet. Good service, polite, repaired quickly and efficiently. Toilet was completely blocked so not a nice job to undertake. Drains have also been playing up. The reason I marked it as 4 stars and not 5, was the cost. It wasn't cheap and money is quite tight for me. I think less should be charged if I'm honest.

Brad and Jake were on time and proceeded to identify the location of the blockage using a camera. They used power jetting to resolve the issue. They also identified a blockage on the sewer managed by Severn Trent. Their report was with me within 2 hours and i forwarded it to Severn Trent. A special mention to their contact team. Great listening skills and assured me that they had the expertise to resolve rhe problem. I would most certainly use the company again because of the quality at all stages in the process. Mike

Put through a web enquiry as we had a problem with a blocked manhole which meant the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We had a call back within 10 minutes and told someone would be with us in the afternoon. Mark came out to us and was fantastic in every way. He cleared the blockage quickly and told us the cause. I will say, it's funny how people will wait for someone else to pay to fix their problem! But I digress, it's sorted and that's the main thing. Can't fault Drain Doctor at all, they really helped us out as it was Easter Sunday and the price was reasonable too, will use again (although I hope I won't need to)!

I’ve had twenty four hours of stress trying to find out someone to sort a drain. One company said they’d be there in 4 hours, then 8, then suddenly couldn’t attend from Thursday until Monday. I phoned this company and they sent around someone straight away this morning. Really nice person to speak to (Russell)-as was the first point of contact on the phone. The job took a while to sort, but he’s done a fab job of fixing it. Spotted a further problem but no hard sell. No call out and agreed sum before he started. Highly recommended. Avoid the other time wasters
