Josh was great, he came and serviced our boiler for us and I mentioned the pressure on the boiler didn’t seem to stay consistent and kept dropping, he instantly fixed the problem (a different company installed the boiler for us) and went above and beyond to help out. Nothing was ever a bother to him and he was beyond helpful. I would definitely recommend using his services. Reasonable and competitive prices and overall just a really kind and professional person ☺️

He responded to a leak from our boiler during the evening. After diagnosing and managing the immediate problem he explained it, talked us through the implications and our options so we could decide what to do next. He then installed the new boiler we needed quickly, and considerately so our time without hot water was minimal - much appreciated by our whole family. Thank you Josh! Josh arrived very quickly when we had a leak on Tuesday evening. He talked us through his thought process as to what was causing it and what he'd need to do to fix it, then came back the next day as it was a waste pipe issue so wouldn't get worse if stuff wasn't used. Came back the next day and the problem was exactly what he thought it was, he sorted it very quickly and also unclogged our drain for us. Throughout he was transparent on price and incredibly responsive with communication. Best of all he was very calm and reassuring, which we really needed having had a leak on the first day after moving into a new place! Highly recommend him and will be the first person we call for any future plumbing issues.

Someone give Josh a cape! We had a substantial emergency leak that needed a fast response. I have a couple of good friends in plumbing game, they were unable to get to me and I eventually found my way to Josh’s number. His reactive response was little short of amazing. He was ringing the bell, holding back the flood waters, within a couple of hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. JMW were called in to repair an issue with the loss of pressure in the central heating system and the cold water tank overflow in the loft. Highly recommend! Our boiler stopped working during a busy December weekend and we found it really hard to get through to anyone. After calling about 15 people from other search sites, we found JMW (Josh) through a Google search. Aside from answering the phone he made every effort to fit us in. He was really helpful, honest about our options and the costs (we have an old boiler so he could have just pushed to sell us a new one!). He also explained how we could fix certain things ourself to save further callouts whilst we thought through our options. Even after he left he answered all our questions really quickly, offered help over the phone and gave us honest opinions and guidance on our options. We’ll definitely be using JMW again.

I found Josh (JMW Plumbing and Heating Brighton) online when my central heating and hot water failed between Christmas and New Year. He was the only one of five tradespeople who responded and he came out to see me within a couple of hours of my call. He fixed the system very quickly within the reasonable callout fee and gave me some really helpful advice. Thoughtfully offered to remove shoes on carpet too! Highly recommended.

Josh installed our brand new "Ideal" boiler (which he also sourced for us at a very competitive price) at just a few days notice which we really appreciated as we would have been left without heating and hot water. He also got us fixed up with a wireless thermostat that we can move around from room to room. We are extremely pleased with both. More recently Josh has also installed some new "Column" radiators for us which are amazing. As we both work we were happy to give Josh a key so he could complete the job without any inconvenience to ourselves. He is prompt, efficient and a very tidy worker and to say he is a perfectionist in an under statement. We are so happy with all the work Josh has completed we will be asking him back within the next few months to add some more radiators and a new bathroom. We would highly recommend Josh without hesitation. Thanks Josh.

Really delighted with the boiler engineer and plumbing service today from Josh. He happened to be free when I texted after finding his details on Google Maps. He went right over to my rental property to see why the tenants had no hot water in the shower and bath water wasn't hot. Within 30 mins I got the all clear from tenants - he'd taken off, cleaned and replaced the bar mixer tap on shower, gave advice to what to do if it happens again. Also advised tenants to run bath tap on half so boiler can keep up with heating the water. Also checked all other taps and the boiler and gave me advice on boiler in a chat after. Very pleasant to deal with, and well priced at £50+VAT for the call out and work done. Will get him back to service the boiler in due course. Highly recommended
