Great service from Brendan! We have had issues with our drains over the last three years and Brendan was the only one to identify the issue and take a specialised approach in resolving the problem. Great customer care, excellent rates, thorough and left everything spotless afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him anymore highly. Provided a good explanation of what the issue was and how it has now been fixed. Will be using again for future plumber needs!

We called Brendan to fit some isolation valves when having new kitchen surfaces installed and were so pleased we didn't hesitate to ring him immediately when we recently had a leaky pipe. In both instances he arrived within an hour of calling, costs were exceedingly fair on both occasions and we'd happily recommend him to ANYONE!!! Quick, efficient, obviously very experienced ...and a jolly nice chap as well. NB: Our builder asked for his contact details too, as he said he was the best he'd ever seen/heard of for coming so quickly and working so efficiently.

Brendan did an absolutely brilliant job at fixing our toilet when it wouldn't stop flushing. Came over at very short notice, immediately diagnosed the problem and sorted it out quickly, which was exactly what we needed. He even called later on to check everything was still working. I called Brendan at 9am with an emergency leak. He very kindly fitted me in to a busy day and was with me at 11.30. I chose him based on these reviews and am delighted I did. Brendan was friendly, helpful and very efficient. As promised, I was quoted a reasonable fixed price for the job and everything was sorted out very smoothly and left clean and tidy. Very highly recommended!

Based on these reviews I called Brendan, and he agreed to see us next day, he came over an hour and half earlier than expected and waited for me to arrive. What I was told by Dyno-Rod and later confirmed by another plumber to which Dyno Rod originally estimated for 300 pounds and 400 - 500 pounds by the other Brighton based plumber actually cost me 10 pounds by Brendan’s honesty and showing me that it was actually a lose nut in the flush pipe and didn’t need a complete replacement of the toilet as suggested by the others. Very pleased and would highly recommend Brendan to anyone will be using him in future.

Great Service. I contacted Brendan from Small Job Plumbers to mend a toilet that wasn't flushing. He got back to me promptly and after taking a few details he quoted me £70 to come and repair it on a Sunday morning. On the morning he let me know that he was able to arrive a little earlier if that suited me. When he arrived and saw the mechanism he told me it was a nice easy one to repair and that he would only charge me £50. He replaced the part quickly and was polite and friendly.

Brendan has been brilliant! He serviced my taps months ago for a reasonable price. The other day I couldn't turn the tap off. He came around really quickly, identified the problem and then replaced the taps with lovely new ones. He also fixed a leaky tap in the sink of my toilet. he must have been here 45 minutes and didn't charge me a penny. I d really recommend him, but not to all of you because I want him to have some availability if I need him in the future!

I called Brendan to fix a leaking kitchen sink. He was very punctual, which is a rarity nowadays. He explained clearly what work needed to be done and how much the parts would cost. Brendan came to sort out my dishwasher / washing machine connection which had been bodged by the delivery company. It required some extra parts and work, I was given the price in advance so knew exactly what I was paying. In addition, the bodged job from the delivery company caused some damage and Brendan gave me a plumber's report confirming they had messed it up. I was very happy with Brendan's work and would definitely recommend.

Brendan is very knowledgeable and very skilful, also a true gentleman. We had problems with the cold water flow in our kitchen tap - in our new built property. Contacted the manufacturer of the tap and were told that the problem was due to do with the main water flow to the flat and that the warranty would not cover it as their tap was not faulty. Brendan came in for an assessment, he was confident the problem was promptly identified, which was due to a faulty tap and nothing to do with the main water supply to the flat. We were asked to purchase our preferred choice of replacement tap and he came back promptly on scheduled time the following day and had it fitted for a very reasonable price. Job done and problem solved. Would highly recommend this chap for any plumbing work you would have and I would most certainly use his services and expertise again.

Brendan did a brilliant job fixing my leaking shower. He identified the issue was water running behind the tiles where the pipes came through due to perished sealant which he replaced with silicon. He fixed the problem and replaced the washers in the pipe works and shower fittings too. Work was done in little over an hour and cost as quoted. Excellent job!

I can't say how highly l recommend Brendan. I have used Brendans company once before, due to a broken pump in my toilet. Bredan was then, prompt, explained everything and charged me the amount he had quoted. Due to this l again contacted Brendan, when l had a new kitchen put in and the plumber was unable to fix an issue l had, as l had no pressure in my bathroom, and kitchen taps (This had been an issue for a long time) Even discussing moving my emersion heater to a higher level. I contacted Bredan who after discussing what was happening, advised me he felt this wasnt the issue, and then proceeded to try to find the problem. This took a number of hours but Bredan was able to identuify the issue and resolve the problem. Brendan saved me a great deal of money. as he charged me for his work rather than by the hour. Its very rare to find a plumber who is prompt, tidy, but most importantly has years of experience and actually takes pride in his workmanship. If you want a plumber who you can rely on. Who charges you a good rate, but must importantly knows what they are actually doing, contact Brendan.

We were worried about calling a plumber to hunt for a smell because of uncertain costs etc. We called Brendan from small job plumbing services he came on time and talked us through his thought processes as he looked at our plumbing set up eliminating sources as he went. He was cofident fairly quickly that the problem was with the flat above main waste drain pipe and not our kitchen. It turns out a week later he was spot on and our managing agent resident company are now managing the problem. He charged us nothing for this advice and wished me well with my pregnancy! I would highly reccomend this plumber for experience, knowledge and integrity.

We have used this company several times. They are always quick to respond even when it is not an emergency. They are prompt and come when they say they will. On the one occasion that there was a slight problem afterwards, they came back quickly and sorted it out without any quibble. Brendan took the time and trouble to look at our whole system before tackling individual issues. He also gave some useful advice about its maintenance. He found that we had used a powerful outside drain unblocker inside the house which could have damaged joints and seals !

Really lovely and genuine guy, texted him late on Saturday night with a query about my toilet and he was here Sunday morning fixing it for me at a really cheap price. Nothing was too much trouble as he also advised me on the best way to solve a problem im having with my shower too. I had all my questions answered and everything shown and explained to me in a way that I understood and I wasn’t patronised or treated differently for being a woman which I often worry about when calling people out to fix things in my house!
