Came out very quickly at an awkward time of day - turned out it wasn't something the engineer could do himself but gave excellent advice. Understood the needs of the building as supported accommodation for vulnerable young people. Highly recommended.

Ben came at short notice, on a Saturday, and fixed several plumbing issues (including broken toilet flush, and major blockage to kitchen sink) with great skill. He is courteous and efficient, and I highly recommend him. :-)

I have used Treadaway Services numerous times over the years, for various work like radiator installations, emergency leaks, boiler problems and other plumbing related issues beyond my DIY expertise. Ben has always been quick to respond and provide the appropriate advice and service required for the job and carried it out to a high standard (including the cleaning up afterwards). He has also carried out work at my Mothers bungalow on several occasions and she has always found him to be incredibly friendly and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to use him for any other work in the future. I cannot recommend Treadaway Services enough, and wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere when I require any work completing in the future.

Having had the runaround from another local plumber in regards to a macerator problem, I asked Ben for his advice and he helped me realise I was being ripped off. I do know Ben personally but didn't know he dealt with macerators as that would have saved me a lot of time and money. He sorted out the issue very quickly which I am very grateful for. If you are looking for someone reliable then definitely give him a call.
