John Hughes Unigas Engineer, was recommended by a neighbour & friend, I valued his straightforward, pragmatic & professional approach to the replacement & installation of a Worcester Boiler. John’s communications, verbal & written, were clear, from information as to which boiler to install, to the process of installing & how long the work would take & when. And importantly too, Joh took care of Gas Safety registration, & ensuring the Worcester Guarantee paperwork completed with arrangements in place for the Worcester Company to send them to me for my records. This is the second time that I have used Bristol Unigas in the last year or so. The first time it was to put right someone else's mistakes and more recently to upgrade the valves/thermostats on my radiators and to replace a faulty ball valve on the central heating expansion tank in the loft. On both occasions I found John to be helpful and efficient and (almost as important!), friendly. I would certainly use Bristol Unigas again and have already recommended the company to others.

I've used Bristol Unigas a couple of times within the last few months during the the fitting of a new kitchen. John's been incredibly helpful - taking care of fitting new gas and water pipes and connecting up our appliances and sink, as well as capping off the old unused pipework that remained. He's friendly and professional and has been able to fit us in into his schedule at relatively short notice - I can't recommend his services enough.

I had a boiler that needed replacement. I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler and a certified installer that would give me an extended warranty. John was quick (less than a week) to look at my boiler, give me sound advice on an appropriate size, and a quote. He went to extra mile and shopped around to find the boiler that I wanted (even boilers are hard to find these days). He kept to the schedule that we had agreed and made a very thorough and tidy installation. If you are looking for a local man in van that knows his trade instead of a large faceless company, John is your man.
