D. C.Jimmy came round to replace a shower mixer for me. He responded very quickly to the original request for help and showed up exactly when he said he would. Was very friendly and professional, explained what was needed and what he was doing. Threw in some additional advice around other stuff like boiler, grouting etc. Price was competitive compared to other traders who quoted us.
I highly recommend the service, no nonsense, just got the job done nice and quick.

T. B.If you use this company watch out for the charges. I called today to get them to my elderly parents house and was quoted an indicative cost of over £300 plus VAT to investigate a water leak. When I pushed back it magically changed to £215 plus VAT. They came and were efficient in finding and fixing the leak (loose flexi pipe fitting to bath tap). They then tried to charge £260 plus VAT and went back to £215 plus VAT when I challenged them. So £258 to visit, take a Bath side off, tighten a fixing. Total time in the house around 30 min. So if you need a prompt call out and repair they can do it. If you want someone you can trust on charging they totally failed.

Tony was able to offer advice over the phone when a flood was found on return from holiday that was linked to the bathroom shower. This stopped the leak, and he was able to fit in an appointment on a Sunday afternoon where he quickly isolated the leaking shower so other water in the house could still be used.
He followed this up by sourcing replacement parts for the shower mixer and fitted them to a high standard, with great communication and in a professional manner. I would recommend Tony to anyone and was very impressed by the service. He told me exactly what he thought needed doing and what this would entail, and kept me updated with pictures, which has saved a total shower replacement along with associated re-tiling etc.

Well thats exactly what happened to me yesterday, but I gave these guys a call and they were here is 25 minutes and problem solved. Boom.
Yeah, there is a premium for a service like this, but a few hundred is nothing compared to the damage I would have faced otherwise.

F.Don't understand any 1 star reviews, Tony visited my property at 9pm when he was supposed to be off work at 5, immediately explained all of the issues and was extremely fast in his repairs and remedies. Repaired a toilet flexi hose and even repaired the back of the toilet panel where we had suffered from an emergency just hours before. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped me when it was an extreme inconvenience and at very late hours. I rang Emergency plumbers late on a Sunday and he offered alot of different solutions and asked for some pictures he was able to identify the issues immediately and I then made the adjustments which has solved the issue and mean the 6 of us now have access to the toilet.

R.I had no hot water as my boiler had stopped working. I read A LOT of reviews for local plumbers and was very impressed with the number of positive reviews here. I would like to add mine to that impressive number! I rang on the Thursday after work and spoke to Tony, he had lots of work on and couldn’t come on the Friday but asked me to send pictures of the boiler so he could order the parts and came out with his Apprentice and fixed it on Saturday afternoon. Really impressive service, clean, efficient and professional. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Tony even texted the next day to check it was all working properly because the tank is massive and took ages to heat back up.

After fixing it in less than 5 minutes, he then found the source of an intermittent leak that had been staining my neighbours ceiling in the flat below. The leak had been going on for weeks and I was fully expecting to have the floorboards up and a big insurance claim. Tony wasn't even called out for that reason, but itwas ridiculously impressive how easily he figured out when the source was. He was round the next day to finish the job, on time as agreed. L. A.Bristol Plumbers 247 have been a life saver. I have a really old boiler which is prone to the pilot light blowing out intermittently. I usually hit the self ignite button and problem solved. Unfortunately, when I tried the last time it just didn’t fire. I called up and in no time at all they dispatched a Gas Engineer that quickly resolved the issue. I might need to change my boiler in future, but it’s been working well since - thank you.

Tony came to rescue me from a leak in my he kitchen. Had send someone that was supposed to come by noon but got stuck with some other job so he came himself. Job done!!!! Not cheap but can't complain when they're ready to sort an emergency! 5 stars!!!

Boiler stopped on a Friday. Tony came on Saturday morning, detected the problem and it worked until the next day but went off again. There was a faulty part to replace. By Tuesday the job was done!!! Brilliant again! 5+stars!!!
