I have used MP Plumbing for several jobs recently - both Nicos and Darren as well as Stuart (who runs the company) have all been professional, polite and most importantly clear about what needs doing and cost/timescale. I’ll be using them again in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Stuart was very polite and helpful when I called in needing a leak coming from my bathroom fixed. He arranged for Darren in less than 48 hours. Darren was incredibly efficient, polite and friendly - he diagnosed the issue in next to no time, prevented the leak then came back with the required part a few days later to install. They have done half the job so far removing 2 sinks and capping off waiting for new work tops before they return to fix new sinks and taps So far excellent professional service, very friendly and approachable. If the refit goes as well, then a company I will continue to use in future and highly recommend, which is important to me as disabled. I came across Stuart and his team by way of Google reviews, so it's only fair to add another positive one! Booking in an annual boiler service was quick and easy, all replies were prompt and I was kept updated from the moment I booked, up until the engineer turned up. There was definitely no waiting around wondering when someone would turn up. The engineer was knowledgeable, even showing me what needed to be done to keep our service manual up to date. They made sure to put everything back the way it was in our tiny boiler cupboard, and tidy up afterwards too. Very very pleased with the service we received, we will definitely be booking in again next year!

My mum’s Ideal boiler thermostat stopped pairing and after calls to ideal, the original installer and a number of other companies who didn’t get back to me found MP plumbing online where was able to book an appointment for the installation of a new Nest thermostat with a transmitter/receiver attached to the boiler. This was massively convenient as I had to come to the house for the install. Company turned up and a friendly heating engineer installed and tested everything that worked perfectly. Follow up messages to check everything ok so very happy with quality of the work and communication.

Darren was great at removing our old sink and fitting a new one, It was a much more complicated job that anticipated but he did amazing work, it looks brilliant and all still within quote (plus a little bit more for plasterboard we didn't realise we would need). We would definitely use MP Plumbing again!

Chose MP Plumbing who came and serviced my boiler earlier in the year. I had had a few issues with it and asked for a quote to replace it. I had three others supply quotes but MP Plumbing came in with a very competitive price. They arranged a date and turned up on time. W liked the way they advised me that they could arrive up to two hours after that time or if they have an existing customer with an emergency they may need to reschedule. You don’t mind if they keep you informed. Arrived on time fitted an LPG compliant boiler within the day. Mike the Plumber was great and was willing to patiently answer my stupid questions. Would recommend To anyone. In fact Calor made a delivery to me and noticed I was having a new boiler fitted, so when a neighbour rang them for help finding a reliable plumber I recommended them without a second thought.

Steve who I made the bookings with and Darren who undertook the work at our house were professional. The works we had undertaken were leaking tracing, re-charging HW tank expansion vessel and replacement of two leaking/ stuck thermo-static radiator valves. All work was completed in the time promised and to a good standard. Darren was very considerate and approachable when on site and happy to answer any questions. Would have given five stars, however there was some initial confusion over the final bill which required some too and forth to clarify, so do check the terms of the estimate, but was resolved in the end. All that said the labour rates are very reasonable! In summary, reasonable prices and work completed to a good standard. Would definitely use again.
