Pressure gauge on boiler was leaking. Called them up and within 24hrs they had been to the house, bought the correct part and installed it beautifully. Super fast service and nice to deal with.

The engineer came at short notice, diagnosed the problem but unfortunately had to come back the next day with a part he had to get. He didn't charge us with the unexpected extra labour and also didn't charge for a new water pump he installed. Very pleased with his work and the fact he came quickly when everyone else I phoned had long waiting times.

Accidentally drilled through a heating pipe in a really awkward spot when doing DIY. Engineer showed within 2 1/2 hours, he drained the system, fixed the pipe and refilled the system within a couple of hours. Quick, professional and calm service in response to a fairly stressful situation.

Needed a 25+ year old toilet replaced that was leaking from base and not water saving. They did an AWESOME job! They recommended a Toto brand toilet to fit in the space and cover the old footprint. They were able to pick it up and do the install the same day. I highly recommend this business! They are totally professional, fast and the price was less than I expected.
