We had our bathroom refitted to a walk-in shower room. We have found the company to be professional and responsive, from obtaining the quote to completing the work. When there was a change in plan due to COVID they were in touch immediately to talk about next steps. Steve was punctual every day and was polite and professional. He did a beautiful job of all the plumbing and tiling. He was hard working and the plasterer and electricians did a great job too. Very pleased with the finished room and would recommend this company.

Williams were quick to respond to my query regarding my downstairs WC cistern that was leaking. When they came to repair the leak they also noticed that the mechanism inside was broken so they offered to fix that at the same time. Great service, would highly recommend in future!

These guys plumbed in a new water softener for me (which I supplied) including running a hard water line to the kitchen. They did this very efficiently. The box housing the water softener in the porch needed enlarging. I bought the boards and supplied the wood and they enlarged the box for me on the day after I requested it. They charged no extra for this as done in the day which I thought was extremely helpful as it saved me a long job or ages to source a carpenter to do it. They previously fitted a boiler for me at a good price. All in all, I've found this company to be professional and to provide an excellent service at a good price.

After ringing 18 others listed on check trade, most either quoted me without seeing what the issue was or said, they were too busy and it will be a week or so. 2 came and said the cylinder needs replacing at a cost of over £900 ! Leigh turned up the next day, knew exactly what the issue was, went to get the parts, came back and fixed it. less than £200. He is down to earth nice guy and very very honest. This company is honestly so trustworthy, i will never contact anyone else beside them.

Called this company by chance after looking for someone locally to come and fix our boiler. Stephen answered the phone almost immediately, answered all our questions and then arrived within half an hour. Stephen was polite, professional and tidy. While he was here, he mended our radiator, sorted out our boiler and helped with our controls for the central heating - an issue we'd had for going on a year 😂 all for a reasonable price! We'll definitely be calling him in the future! Would highly recommend.
