Got a number of quotes to replace our 38 year + Ideal boiler. The most professional approach was from Heat Glow and their quote was competitive. Installation was efficient and completed in one day - the problems that later developed were all associated with the ancient central heating pipework - air locks, faulty and/or missing valves - HeatGlow sorted them all, quickly and with no fuss. Excellent all round service.

Tom has carried out two different pieces of work for me (sorting out a blockage and fitting and testing radiators) and I have been impressed by both. He turned up on time and was available at the time that I needed him. The house was left spotless after the visit and the standard of work has been very high

Recently had a new boiler installed by Tom and Gareth and I have to say that they was very friendly and very helpful when it comes to choosing make and model of boiler. Not being a plumber I was a bit baffled as what boiler I required but Tom pointed out which boiler suited my needs.Very pleased with all round service provided and price.
