a. B.Excellent work which exceeded my expectations! This was my last attempt at putting right a catalogue of plumbing problems caused by several other plumbers. I really had given up hope and was fed up throwing good money after bad. I am so pleased I came across Jonathon Hale and decided to have one last go.
Don’t be put off by the fact he is young as he has a wealth of experience and qualifications. His enthusiasm and attention to detail was second to none. He tidied up pipe work on radiators which I was told couldn’t be done, Re-levelled radiators and replaced the incorrect fixings that had been used. He corrected the sloppy work which other plumbers had left!
He listened to my concerns and nothing was too much trouble. I really can’t thank him enough as it’s made me so happy. I suffer with a little bit of OCD so this was so important to me. On top of that he was well priced and I gave him a £50 tip which is something I never normally do.

M. M.Jon has done a lot of work of me over the years and the end product is always top quality. He is always polite and punctual, and very considerate of the customers home at all times.
JGH really do go above and beyond with their services, if Jon has the time to squeeze you in on the day of your call, he absolutely would. In emergency situations he has been at my door within 30 minutes of me calling, if that isn't good service then I don't know what is!
I would highly recommend JGH Heating and Plumbing. For all jobs big or small, the quality of his work really is unmatched.

S.Jon came to our home after our hearing wasn’t working, he diagnosed the problem and found that it was our room thermostat, he then gave us a few different options and we decided to gave a smart thermostat, he came back the next day and installed it, he even talked us through the operation and was kind enough to set our heating schedule for us, would highly recommend.
