He had great communication throughout the job, talking me through what the problem might be, and checking that I was happy with the work before starting. I thought he was reasonably priced and I wouldn’t hesitate in calling him in an emergency again. I’ll be recommending him to family and friends.

He was transparent and upfront with prices, stuck to what had been agreed and even offered contactless payment by mobile. Kristian left the place tidy after he was done, and even gave advice on the boiler. Will definitely be the first person we call if we ever need a plumber again.

C.Kris came after we had 3 plumbers come to look at our leaking towel radiators. 1 wanted to charge extortionate rates (800 quid!) 1 attempted and failed and then suggested we need 4 new towel rads. Other tightened and said nothing else could be done. Kris came and said he could repair and no need to replace. He was true to his word and sorted them all out. He tested two before carrying out the other two, which was great as we were more confident it would work. One slightly leaked after and he came back following day to sort and now all fixed. He is a lovely guy and prompt, helpful and prefers to fix whats there rather than buy brand new which is obviously best environmentally and cost wise! Highly recommended.
B. L.Blocked kitchen sink, wasn't draining at all. Plumber came round within about 20 minutes, fixed it completely, charged a very good rate, and was both efficient and very friendly.
Will be my first call if I ever need any plumbing done in the future, absolutely recommended.
d. o.Excellent service. He came as an emergency call. Despite additional problems with the system, (not his responsibility). He came out three times to solve ALL the issues with our old system. He never complained about the additional work, he just professionally solved all the issues causing us problems and didn't try to put any additional charge for the inconvenience to himself. Highly recommended.
E. S.Great experience with Kristian - we emailed about 10 different plumbers in Cardiff and he was the only one to respond and very quickly too! He rang me straight away, was helpful and he’s managed to resolve a tricky leak!

He did not need to do this and gained absolutely nothing by it, but he doesn't want innocent people being taken advantage of by big companies telling them they need a new boiler. I cannot think Kris enough for his phone call late in the evening and then text messages over a weekend to make sure everything was going ok with my boiler repair. I will not hesitate to contact him again in the future and cannot recommend him enough as an honest engineer!

Boiler wasn't pressurized, and they were unable to get access to spares, so they took me through it over the phone on how to get it running again.
Hot water and central heating restored for the festive period.
