Had a leak in bath which then damaged the ceiling. I had several plumbers coming to inspect the property, each quoting outrageous sums. Then I found Lloyd and his team who then approached the problem from a different angle, educating me on how to contact my broker and get them to fix the problem. Through their professional advice and help I saved myself a fortune. Quality and honest service. I would absolutely recommend. Really happy I went to them.

Lloyd and the team provided an excellent service to us- first by coming out and patching up our very elderly boiler last Autumn, and then by installing our lovely shiny new boiler last week. He was fab throughout- giving us general advice initially, and when it came to quoting for the new boiler I felt he was very even handed with giving us our different pricing options. The team that came on the day installed the boiler quickly and efficiently and left no mess. I'll be using these guys again for any future services/issues we have. Thanks again!

You will not find a better local plumbing service in this area. I called on Saturday afternoon with a semi urgent kitchen leak- Lloyd asked if it would wait till Monday morning & I agreed. He called on Sunday to confirm & arrived as promised next day, with an assistant. His knowledge & service were excellent & his personality & manner top quality. My problem was fixed within an hour, including a trip to the local merchants for parts. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your domestic plumbing needs.

Lloyd and Gareth have been a real pleasure to have working at our house to sort out what could have been a stressful situation with our boiler. Not only did they keep us updated with estimated time of arrival, and what was going on with our heating system, they also respected us and the house they were visiting. Text the day before to give us the time of arrival, arrived bang on that time the next day and just got on with it. A job that could’ve taken 4 hours took under 3. Even during this though, when the phone would ring, he made sure stuff was fine with our boiler and answered the phone. Given other reviews I’ve seen if plumbing companies, not answering the phone seems to be a big issue so I have to give major kudos for focusing on everyone who needs their help and not just the ones in the same room. Very friendly. Very knowledgable. Would highly recommend

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I had a rather random request and had tried several handymen and builders to see if they could drill a large hole through my kitchen wall to house a catflap! Someone said I'd need a plumber with a core drill so I called them for help. They were friendly, efficient and quick to respond. Stanley couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you so much guys!

I was so impressed with this company, their response to my problem with my gas wall heater exceeded all expectations, Lloyd realised that the job was urgent due to the really cold weather and went out of his way to fit us in, he kept me updated by text as to his arrival time, in this day and age good tradesmen can be hard to find, Lloyd is personable, polite and friendly, and good at his job' I was so impressed I have arranged for them to do some additional plumbing work, well Gareth and Stan turned out today Friday to repair my leak, like Lloyd they were professional and polite individuals, I will have no problems recommending this company to friends and Family
