R. H.When my boiler had a problem on a cold January evening, and I phoned some numbers to find an engineer to help me, Nigel was the only one who picked up the call. Since then, he’s serviced my boiler and repaired two leaking toilet cisterns. Great to find a plumber who answers the phone, is helpful, and turns up to do the job!
