M. J.Martin is a personable guy and very friendly. He was efficient and even replaced another section of central heating piping for us that had been installed incorrectly, assuming at no extra cost as the total price was great value for money. It was a pretty awkward location under the floorboard too but he did it anyway. He even tested the central heating for us afterwards and bled the radiators for air. Will definitely be using his services again when it becomes necessary.

He found the leak, fixed it, identified what had caused it in the first place, advised me how to prevent from happening again and tested the gas meter within half hour. His knowledge, efficiency & value is second to none. Lovely chap providing a fantastic service.
L. R.My experience with Martin was absolutely fantastic. I contacted him about my utility which needed replumbing, including outlets and inlets for a toilet, sink and washing machine. At the time, we were having issues with a sewage smell and Martin helped us investigate as much as he could and then advised us on next steps to work out the problem. He spent at least 30-40 minutes at our home trying to help us. Once the problem was solved, he returned to give us a quote for the work. On every visit he was bang on time, helpful, responsive and transparent.
The completion of the work was just as good. Martin and his colleague were efficient, neat, and clarified anything with us as he went along. The standard of the work could not be any higher. Martin clearly takes pride in his work.
In addition, whilst completing the utility work, we mentioned we had a problem with our boiler. He took the time to investigate the issue, explained the problem to us clearly and made an effort to get us the most cost effective parts which included him driving to Newport from our home in Cardiff.
All of the work was clearly itemised on the receipt and there were no hidden charges.
I have recommended Martin to my friends and colleagues without hesitation. Highly recommended.
W. M.Price Smart Plumbing was recommended by a friend after a different company had botched a job leading to a leaking cistern.
Martin arrived when he said he would. He stripped everything down and cleaned it before fitting it all back together properly. He was here for nearly two hours but only charged what the other company charged for a call-out.
Because of our negative experience with the other company, he asked us to wait a few days to ensure we were happy with the repair before making payment.
We'll be hanging onto the number for Price Smart Plumbing as we would certainly use them again.
D. H.Martin came to give us a quote for a combi boiler,bathroom radiator and to re route a water pipe. We picked Martin to carry out the work as his knowledge of his trade was evident and he appeared honest and reliable and we were more than happy with the price quoted. Martin and his team arrived early on the day of the installation and hit the ground running. They completed all the work within one day to an extremely high standard which we were over the moon with. After completion Martin registered the boiler for us on line to activate the guarantee and took the time in explaining what test he had done on the boiler to ensure this was safe and working as it should. Martin and his team have a great knowledge of their trade and their work ethic is amazing. Martin is polite clean reliable and honest. I have no trouble recommending him. I will not be using anyone else in the future for any plumbing and heating needs. CHEERS Boys!!
