Stephan is a reliable, efficient and excellent plumber!! I would never go else where for a plumber, he is a very friendly tradesman’s and provides excellent customer service. We had issues with our showers a couple days before Christmas and he came and sorted it the next day! We recently had issues with our taps and Stephan sorted it the SAME DAY! Thanks so much for your service Stephan!

Stephan did a brilliant job fitting a new mixer tap in the kitchen and also replacing a leaking isolation valve under the sink. He is very friendly and we had a good chat about football and London where we are both from! He has been invited to consider how best to replace a single shower head in the en-suite with a dual one and we will definitely book him if he finds the solution.

We were having a few problems around the house so had Stephan come out a few times. Each time he was always punctual and professional, he made sure to explain things to us so that we understood how best to use and maintain the new installations that he put in. He also put much care into making sure that his was thorough and to a high standard. Fantastic service as always from Red Kite, in short the plumber repaired a very poor toilet plumbing job done by previous landlord in bathroom when a lot of other companies would have started over and charged a lot more. The price was very reasonable given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend red kite to anyone who needs plumbing work and will use the services again if needed.

Absolutely fantastic service. Called after 7pm on a Sunday night, two days before Christmas, with broken waste pipes under my kitchen sink. A very friendly and courteous plumber was here within an hour and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting to pay a fortune but the bill was extremely reasonable.
