PHGS came highly recommended on a local Facebook page, and I can totally see why! They came today, exactly at the time they stated, to install a shower pump, replace a broken toilet siphon, fit two new taps on a bathroom sink, and repair a tap on a second sink. Everything about their work is first class. The shower pump had to be installed in a very tight space next to the immersion heater tank, and they did a fantastic job. The pipework (of which there is loads!) is absolutely immaculate. They had to remove the bathroom sink from the wall to gain enough access to fit the new taps, and they re-fitted it, along with the new sealant absolutely perfectly. Once all the work was complete, they showed me round, and pointed out the various bits that had to be done. Both plumbers were extremely polite, friendly, and were very respectful of our property. They also left the house spotless! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PHGS to everyone, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had 3 people coming in looking at the boiler as there was no hot water and to our surprise, never heard from them again. But then Joshua came in, told us what the problem was and he managed to sort it out in a timely manner. Very approachable, easy to communicate with and professional! Thank you again! I turned to PHGS after a strong recommendation. Joshua turned up within 10mins, identified 3x faults, ordered the replacement parts and fitted them all within four hours of the coldest day of the year. If PHGS hadn't stepped in, we would have been left without hot water and central heating on the coldest weekend of the year. As a result of this, I've cancelled our premium cover and will use PHGS for all of our plumbing and boiler needs, thank you Joshua!
