very good experience. I found their website easy to use, ordering was simple and delivery was within a few days as promised. The rad was well packed and my plumber said the quality was good. I like this style of rad (horizontal designer rad) as it looks sleek without being a ridiculous "designer" price

Ordered a bath waste kit, good price and was pleased with how quickly it was going to be delivered, however when it didn't arrive and was a couple of days beyond the advised delivery date I contacted the company to chase up. I sent a fb messenger but didn't get a reply, so I sent a message through the website and after about an hour, received a phone call to inform me that the manufacturer had dispatched the item but instead of sending direct to me, they sent it to Trade Plumbing instead who were sending it on to me. It took another few days to arrive and was later than I was subsequently advised to expect it but fine in the end.

Very easy transaction. Arrived on the exact date given. My only criticism would be the lack of communication between purchase and delivery on an item over £1800.00 (which does make you a bit twitchy) but, that said, the tank was delivered on the date initially provided so what more can you ask for. Will definately use again and would highly recommend.

Nice products, Competitive Prices, Service Issues. Delivery never happened as promised. Blamed the suppliers as items were coming from them. Tried phoning, 'service' department phone would ring for 20 minutes before I'd get cut off. Phoned their suppliers direct and was told that Trade Plumbing hadn't even passed on the contact number for my builders who were onsite waiting for the materials. After a few weeks, I was given a full explanation of the internal issues that had affected the business at that time and which were, they said, not typical of the way they work and given financial compensation too.
