Our boiler stopped working. I called Ben and he came out as soon as he could.. He was friendly and professional as soon as I meet him.. I had heard lots of positive things about Aquallis plumbing ltd from others before i used them and we finally met on a job together early 2019 where i had a serious plumbing issue on a job. I found Ben to be extremely knowledgeable and professional most of all clean and tidy. I have continued to use Ben and his apprentice Lewis on many jobs for me and each job has been immaculate! He is highly reliable and the performance of his work is not matched by anybody else, working till late at night and even Sundays when needed. In this time of social distancing I thought we would have a problem finding a plumber but following recommendations from We love Coundon site we contacted Ben at 12.30 about a problem with our cistern and that we were unable to use the toilet. Ben and Lewis were able to get to us about 2.00 and fixed the problem quickly. I was contacted by text when they got held up which was considerate. They made sure they social distanced as well.
