s. w.We couldn't be happier with the service provided to us by Karl. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and his prices are extremely competitive. The thing that stands out for me the most though is his commitment to great customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. He has solved a very challenging problem with our radiators and pipework through sheer tenacity where other plumbers and heating engineers have failed. He even managed to get a seriously blocked radiator pipes working again after over 10 years cold (and several historic power flushes). It's so rare to find a tradesman of this quality and integrity these days and we will definitely be using Karl/Oakley Plumbing and Heating for all our needs going forward. Very highly recommended !
