Simon Fairbairn was the engineer who came to us to view our outside drain blockage. It was immediately obvious that he was very knowledgeable and communicated what the problem was, giving great confidence that he would be able to solve the issue. He needed to access our neighbours' property and asked their permission politely and without any fuss. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and was helpful every step of the way. We cannot praise his approach and skill highly enough. Many thanks.

Absolutely outstanding work done at my property, I have been constantly having problems with my toilet for 7 years!! Excellent service, the 2-man team were on time, courteous, friendly and professional. They answered any questions I had, told me/showed me what they were doing, and carried out the drain survey quickly and efficiently. They also provided helpful advice about drain layout and home owner vs City Council responsibilities. They also observed all the current covid guidelines and the cost was very reasonable when compared to other companies who had quoted for the work. Very impressed, thank you!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Andy O'Brien and Jim Sanderson for the work they have carried out over the last 2 days at my property. It is not often these days that you meet such polite, efficient, helpful and caring tradesmen. The job has been carried out from start to finish in a very thorough and professional manner and they have left my property spotless. A brilliant service the two guys that came were the fourth team to try to sort out the problem, from the minute they walked in they instilled great confidence.(the best first two plumbers to come just plunged the bath for about 40min just to tell me the drain was blocked somehow I knew this as that's why they were called). The 3rd plumber to come said it needed the main down stack needed jetting but as it was a two man job and as he was alone he would be send out the following day. The guys that came took one look and said it could be done from inside within 10-15 mins they had the water running away better than it had done in 12years all in all a great job.Highly recommend a great job.
