V. M. -. w. R.Weekend call out to sort out a very blocked drain (which I had made even more very-blocked, by losing drain rods and a bung down it). Not one tut, sigh or “you don’t want to do that”. Excellent communication from Terry, he was prompt, tidy, friendly, sorted the blockage without fuss. If you’re a woman on her own or otherwise vulnerable I can tell you I felt safe and comfortable with his presence, and the bill was very reasonable, especially for a Sunday. Could not recommend more.

D. W.The plumber came in, super friendly guy. Did a drainage jetting (cheapest we’ve found it in the Durham area £60 for first hour and £40 for any additional, he was done in the first hour). Turned out the problem wasn’t with our drainage and instead it was with Northumbrian water and he even called and organised the Northumbrian water people to come over and fix their drain.
