I contacted Able Girl initially to come and repair an issue with my shower which was under 2 years old. They were very responsive, and advised that they were able to source the part and carry out the repair, however they suggested that I contact the manufacturer because the part would still be under warranty. It was and this saved me £250+. I was very grateful for their advice and honesty and won't hesitate to contact them next time I require a plumber.

Couldn't recommend Able Girl Plumbing highly enough. Contacted them to fit a new set of kitchen taps and look at an issue I was having with my bath. They attended promptly and fitted the new taps with a high finish. They looked at my bathroom and identified a number of issues which they took the time to explain to me, they suggested I contact the installer of the bathroom which I did and they agreed to rectify the situation. Would definitely use again.

After being let down by two other service providers, I had spoken with Jo whom was polite and prompt. Fortunately for me with Covid I managed to get a cancellation slot. Danielle came the same day to make a plan for the plumbing issues I had. This was a Friday, we arranged for repair on the Monday early morning, Danielle was joined with Simon and both were absolute diamonds, a real pleasure to have working in the house. During their time here I had a trip to a & e and both were compassionate and considerate about me having to leave, they finished the job, posted my key and wished me well in my absence. I came home and it was as if they were never here. Thank you, will recommend and use again.

Called to repair a slow leak in a pipe connection (lead to copper). They came on time but as with most tradesmen these days, did not bring fittings to repair the problem. They tried tightening the existing connection but after a day or two it was clear that this did not work so I had them return. This time they had to go out to buy the new fitting (I don't know why they didn't bring it with them). On each occasion there were two people. I am happy with the repair but the charge came in at over 375 pounds which seemed exorbitant for the scale of the repair, so on this alone I don't think I could recommend them.

Emma and Danielle turned up on time and were very friendly and helpful - they also did a brilliant job. Simon was very knowledgeable and attentive and quick to respond to our emails.
