Had a tap that basically would not shut off and as it was after hours from the company I normally use I found David online who came out really quickly to assist me. Very helpful, and answered my questions about looking after the pressure and the bolier etc. Would definitely use again should I have another plumbing/boiler issue. Highly recommend.

After trying countless other ‘emergency 24/7’ plumbers - this was the only plumber who picked up on my first try, and he came and sorted my pipe leak within an hour or two. Very professional and quick, would use again - emergency or not and will recommend to others.

He came out to us within 1.5hours on a Thursday evening and did the repair quickly and professionally. Friendly, competent, efficient and helpful. We called on Thursday evening to report problems with our kitchen sink drainage and leak, David came out the following morning and fixed the problem within an hour, explaining the problem and what he was doing to remedy it. He fixed the problem and gave helpful advice on how to minimise recurrence of the problem. I would recommend as the cost for the work was also very reasonable. Will use again.

I can’t thank DAvid enough, he saved me a hefty call out on Boxing Day by giving me advice and trying to solve the issue over the phone. My outside tap burst and I was worrying how to get it fixed. David was all about solving things quickly over the phone . David’s advice was perfect as it only needed stopping from the stop tap. Had a leak into the flat below, call answered quickly by a friendly human. Plumber (David) arrived promptly and was thorough, helpful and friendly with my toddler (bonus). Emergency plumbing is never cheap, but was better value than another company I called , half the price in fact, so didn't feel too cheated. The leak was stopped.

First Call is regularly at my work at the NHS carrying out work and I decided to ask them to quote on fitting our new bathroom. Excellent choice. All of the tradesmen (plumber, joiner and electrician) turned up at the right time to carry out their work and we now have a great bathroom that works so much better for us. The advice they gave us made it better than we expected. Although I thought their prices would be expensive because of their NHS work, we were surprised that of the two quotes we asked for they were the cheapest. Can't recommend them enough - already someone else at work has also got them to do a little job.

Quality worth paying for! The washer between the hot water pipe and the tap was worn out so much that water started dripping and then spraying at high pressure. The plumber came within 40 minutes of calling him, and replaced the washer, checked if it sealed properly, showed me where I could cut off just the hot water at the boiler in the future (so that I don't have to cut the water to the whole flat), inspected the hot water pipes leading all the way to the tap, all in under half an hour. Efficient, professional, courteous, and got the job done and did it right! It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and this was well worth it.

After ringing around half the plumbers in Edinburgh, these guys were the only ones to pick up the phone and be willing to take on my small plumbing emergency. They weren't the cheapest, but the plumber turned up on time, was very helpful and polite - so worth paying a little extra for.

Absolute lifesaver. Water started pouring through our kitchen ceiling on a Sunday morning. Thought would be a nightmare to find a plumber cause of time of week. I had a weird water pressure drop and a non working shower I was referred to First call by the second plumber who came out and couldn't make head nor tail of it After a bit of headscratching we tracked the problem down and a replacement part was ordered and fitted I was really impressed at how responsive they were and how they stuck with it and got me to a resulotion when two other plumbers bailed out Can't recommend them highly enough
