J. L.Great service from this place today. Toilet fill valve failed. I took along the old fill valve and chap in the shop helped me find the correct replacement. Took me a bit of fiddling to repair but toilet is now fixed without the need for calling a plumber.
T. K.Fantastic service from the young man who was running the store this morning, 11 May 2 019. Not only did he take time out to help me solve my problem, which other companies had failed to even consider in my advance phone calls, he did it all at his suggestion. Ended up costing me a lot less than I originally anticipated but that also means I will definitely go back for future purchases. A definite asset to his employer (no, I’m not related and I don’t know him from Adam other than from this morning).
