Colin is a lovely, kind person who is super experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing. I called him as our shower had stopped working. After giving him details he knew exactly the type of shower that would replace it properly and was able to fit in with two days. He did so effortlessly and even gave me advice on our boiler which really helped us. Other companies said they would need to come out first and charge a call out charge - but Colin just came straight away and got the job done. Great job, fantastic plumber. 5 stars from me.

Has replaced our boiler and managed to get us up and running for over Christmas complete lifesaver, old one broke and too old to repair. About time we updated this review, Colin is our go to for plumbing work in our house. Excellent service throughout. Colin completed a thorough assessment of our heating system and advised that we required a new boiler and cleaning of the system. There was no hard sell after the quote was provided. There was a huge amount of work required as our old system was a separate hot water tank and gas boiler. Colin removed all the old parts of the system with minimal disruption, meaning we had access to hot water and heating much quicker than expected. Boiler guarantee paperwork was completed by Colin and a full explanation of the new system (including how to use Hive Active Heating) was also given. Pricing was very reasonable and Colin stayed in contact via email and telephone. Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Colin has been my plumber since 2014. I was impressed with his response when he was unable to help me as he was about to go on vacation, so I contacted him later about installing a new boiler. Not only was he approximately £2000 cheaper than Scottish Gas and £1000 cheaper than an alternative quote, I got a better boiler and excellent service. I have used him ever since, primarily for annual boiler service but also occasional other jobs. His service is always timely and excellent.

Colin fitted a new central heating system for us few years ago and has been servicing and maintaining the boiler thereafter. We recently had an issue which started with using the manufacturers warranty but ended with having to get the gas board out. The gas board advised the problem was in the house so we called Colin. Colin was very busy but agreed to come out at the end of the day after finishing on the job he was working on. He arrived on time and quickly identified the problem as being the meter and the responsibility of the gas board. He gave me the number to call and told me exactly what the issue was and what to say to the gas board to ensure they fixed the issue. The gas board came out and resolved the issue and it was exactly what Colin advised. Colin is reliable, helpful, punctual and extremely technical and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Last Friday 10th I had issues with the cistern of my toilet. it wouldn't flush properly and water kept flowing. On trying to fix this myself for a few hours I knew I had to try and get someone out knowing it was a weekend. I text Colin, as he had done work for me in my kitchen. he was out by evening, temporarily sorted the issue and then was back the next day, and put new fittings into the cistern, and for what he charged was so low I questioned him on whether that was correct. Great guy, explains what has happened, how he will fix this, and gives a thorough breakdown of the cost. Twice now I have used him, and I guarantee I will be phoning him again when I have my next issue as he is so reliable and very friendly.

Colin is a local tradesman reliable very efficient he arrived at the exact time he said he would done a fantastic job I was getting bath taps replaced I would never had known a plumber had been in so clean and tidy can't sing his praises enough so great to have a n great tradesman at last it's a rarity these days
