Cannot tell you how impressed I am with this Company. Called and made an appointment, but due to a cancellation, I had an engineer at my house within 20 minutes. This young lad was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Said engineer was obviously well trained in both his job role, and customer service skills. Much respect shown by him removing his footwear as he entered my property, despite me saying it was okay! Would not hesitate to recommend this Company, who are clearly customer focused

I was having repeated problems with an old cold water tank in my difficult-to-access attic. The workman turned up when expected and dealt efficiently with the acute problem, and then, at my instigation, talked over the pros and cons of various long-term fixes After doing some research of my own, I got them back to remove the cold water tank and the old hot water cylinder and replace them with an unvented hot water system. This took the expected two days, during which they were efficient, pleasant and tidy. The new system has been up and running for 10 days and all has been well. In light of this and previous contacts, I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
