Not quite sure how to convey how fantastic Graeme is in words! We had a mystery leak in one of the flats within our tenement block which evaded two separate leak detection specialists. Graeme not only managed to source & solve the issue promptly, but he went above and beyond in terms of coming out late, at short notice and dealing with landlords etc. He was efficient, reassuring, knowledgeable and just generally lovely to deal with. Will be recommending to anyone with a plumbing/drain issue :)

I was looking to get an outdoor drain unblocked and had been phoning around the usual cowboys and time wasters. I called Graeme and he was available to work within a few hours. Definitely knows pipe fixtures, drainages and all their other services in and out professionally with good depth and observation. I had a drain breakage that caused almost a flood in the kitchen and was attempting to just patch it up temporary. I bumped into them luckily in my search for materials and I explained the situation. In just telling one of my measurements, they immediately knew on the spot without having visited yet, what parts were required and further knew that our 'previous installers' had not did it wrong - we had been needing to put 'sealants' around it every year twice to stop water leakage. There was actually breakage at the top main basin and a loose attachment at bottom of the pipe. Now it all works and is properly fixed on the same day. Best service we had, friendly, knowledgeable. They are the right people to go for and will be who I'm calling in the future. Many thanks Greame.

After no joy with numerous calls (Saturday) to various drain blocking experts I called Drain GP and he arrived within an hour to save the day. We have just recently moved into a newbuild house and I felt the sink and toilets were very slow to drain plus making all sorts of strange noises. Today the kitchen sink and toilets wouldn’t drain and had us panicking! Drain GP technician Graeme quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem and also found the initial problem which was coming from a neighbours drainage system which he also fixed too. I had a slow Drainage problem and Called Drain GP after two unsuccessful attempts by other companies Two minutes in Graeme finds the problem clears it and also notices a pipe angled wrongly and identifies that is what is causing the blockages and repositions it for me no extra charge excellent service friendly and certainly reasonable priced would definitely call again.
