Had a guy from Dyno rod to sort out cistern ( through British gas appliance insurance cover ) just had to say ,very professional ,speedy ,knew exactly what he was doing ,well done ,sorry didn't get his name ,G14 yoker 👌

A very efficient and effective service. I was aware of dirty water/sewage coming from a trap in the back garden yesterday ( Monday 25th August) and tried to "unblock" but with no success. Phoned Dyno-rod at 08.05 to-day and Joe ,the engineer, called in at my house at 09.20. By 09.45 the job was completed and paid for; and Joe who did very well was on his way to the next job. A considerable "weight off my mind". Well done and thank you. Bernie Mitchell
