Excellent service from JSL. HIghly recommend. Needed 2 shower fixtures plus downstairs toilet and sink replaced. Plus wet wall on one of the showers. Jim the owner was very pleasant to deal with. Gave us a quote that worked for us, and stuck to schedule. Mark did a lot of the hands on work and rarely took a break. He did a super job and dealt with any minor issues that occurred quickly and efficiently. Glad I found this company!!.

Had Jim and Lily out today for a couple of jobs. Have to say, I am highly impressed with their service. Jim came out within a couple of hours of phoning them to fix a leak in the loft. Nothing was too much trouble. You also get a notification of when the plumber is on their way along with a map showing their current location and how far away they are. They also have a card machine so payment can be taken there and then instead of having to do a bank transfer. Great service. Seriously recommended. Have booked a further job with them later in the week. Thanks again :)

Friendly staff who were available to help with my issue quickly. They turned up when they said they would, we're very thorough and explained all the work they were doing. We have a sink that blocks regularly but they have fixed our issue so well I can tell it won't happen again. The water drains away much more quickly and we don't get any waste water coming up from our dishwasher and washing machine.
