Terry was brand new. Very knowledgeable, keen to help and reasonably priced.

I've now used Terry several times to do work at my Mum's home in Kilsyth. The first occasion was something of a crisis, but Terry went above and beyond, working late to ensure my Mum's heating was restored. His efforts were greatly appreciated. Very professional. If you want a plumber who listens to your problem then reacts promptly for inspection, and returns quick as possible with repair parts and performs a team effort with his apprentice doing a quality on site training job with his apprentice.
