Tom was brilliant from start to finish. There was a delay with the water cylinder being delivered, which he kept us fully informed about. On the day, Tom turned up on time, kept the mess to a frankly ridiculously low level, and worked tirelessly all day until the job was complete. He was extremely professional and helpful, patiently explaining everything and answering all my stupid questions! Would not hesitate to have him back to work on any plumbing job in our house, and on the basis of what we've seen, would thoroughly recommend him.

Firstly our boiler packed up and we had no heatingin the middle of winter. Tom quickly came out, diagnosed and sorted the problem out for us. Fantastic job.
