We needed a plumber to deal quickly with a less than easy built in cistern. John Campbell quickly assessed the situation and Ben was with us in next to no time. He did a magnificent job of accessing the cistern, identifying the siphon issue. The new part was ordered immediately, and within hours of its arrival Ben had fitted the new siphon and restored everything to full working order. Quite the best plumbing service I have ever received. This is speaking as someone who has had many houses and apartments over the past 50 years. Excellent service, and at an extremely competitive cost. Well done John and Ben. I recommend you both unreservedly.
