Really excellent service from Mark and his mate installing a new bathroom sink unit and replacing the side panel on the bath. Extremely efficient, professional and friendly and delivered a great product at a great price. Also cleaned up expertly too! Can't recommend highly enough.

Mark has recently fitted my dream bathroom, and I could not be happier! He’s quick to communicate and answer any questions and is really helpful with ideas and links to websites. Marks work is very professional, he has an eye for detail, he kept to timelines and made sure there was as little disruption as possible and cleaning up each day before he left. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough and I’m so glad to have found a plumber that I can trust to do a fantastic job, he’s already booked in to do more work for us, thank you once again Mark.

We had a complete replacement of the bathroom, including wall cladding and click flooring. Mark and John were very professional and the bathroom looks brilliant. From day one when Mark came to look at the job he was very professional and he gave us some good ideas when the lockdown came and the job was cancelled until we could get going again and as i had paid half of the money Mark assured us that the items had been ordered and not to worry because we were booked in and when he can get here he will. Well a man of his work he phoned me on the 23rd May to ask if he could come and start, this was agreed he came with a work mate and by the 28th May it was finished, My wife and I were very impressed that they came and when they left there was no mess no damage to wallpaper and carpets it was like they had not been here WONDERFUL Workmanship 5Star service what more can I say a big Thank You both

Mark and John have done a fantastic job with the re-fitting of our en-suite. I would not hesitate to recommend their work. Mark was very helpful when he first visited, making excellent recommendations for what would work best in the space. The work was carried out very smoothly and efficiently and they left the room clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were a pleasure to have in the house and worked in a Covid safe way. We could not be happier with the completed project. Our shower had been leaking for some time and we had tried to get several plumbers to come and give an estimate none of whom ever turned up. I had a completely new bathroom fitted i.e. bath, shower, toilet, heated towel rail and free standing unit with a basin. I also had a new shower fitted in our en-suite. They were very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. There were a few problems along the way (my fault) but nothing was too much trouble. We have used M Bennett Plumbing and Heating four times for a range of different jobs, the most recent was the replacement of an old radiator. It is hard to find reliable tradesmen and when you do you will always return to them. Luckily for us Mark and his team are exactly that. We have our new radiator, which was installed with little disruption and now our heating system is working far better than before. Thank you Mark, when needed we will definately return.

Called Mark due to leaking bath taps onto living room ceiling after insurance call out previous evening had failed to rectify the problem leaving it in a worse state of repair. After speaking to Mark the next morning, he called out 4.15 the same day, spent an hour and a bit sorting the problem after much trial and error !!! Mark changed and upgraded six of our radiators with great professionalism and expertise. We went for the “posh” aluminium radiators and don’t regret it at all as the heat output was loads better then previous ones. Mark premeasured and consultated with us and ordered the radiators. He’s pricing ,punctuality and skill was very exceptional. He had a very good assistant in John his helper and both did a tremendous job. At last, a plumber that does what he says he is going to do! Having tried other plumbers, some who even visited the house, none of them got back to me or did what they said they would. Mark not only got back in touch promptly to my enquiry but also let me know in a timely manner when he would be a little late on one occasion.
